Maar wees gerust, de belangrijkste uitgangspunten van Healthy Options blijven hetzelfde: uitstekende lessen onder leiding van professionele instructeurs die je veel persoonlijke aandacht geven. Wel hebben we een reeks nieuwe lessen toegevoegd, zoals gewrichtsontlastende yoga, powerwalks in de vroege ochtend, Pilates aan het strand en Dancercise.
